RAM is the most important part of the device that will make Android work faster and smoother. RAM is the main memory for Android devices.
When opening any app, it will be stored in RAM until you close the app likewise when opening more apps, more RAM will be consumed.
Sometimes you must have experienced your phone getting hung. That’s because many apps are simultaneously opened on your phone. Usually using a phone with 4GB RAM or more then you probably won’t feel the hang or heat problem, but if your phone is only 2GB RAM or 3GB RAM then it will often experience lag.
Just like what I experienced when using the Samsung Galaxy A03s smartphone where there are certain games and applications that when run very slow and sometimes even hang.
One way to increase the performance of this phone is to increase the RAM capacity. Therefore, in this article we will share how to increase Samsung A03s RAM by using an application without root.
How to create virtual RAM on Samsung Galaxy A03s

As we know, Samsung A03s was first released not equipped with the RAM Plus feature. And since the software update you no longer need to use third-party applications to increase virtual RAM.
Well, if you are curious how to extend RAM on Samsung A03s, check out the following guide.
Enable RAM Plus Feature
The RAM Plus feature allows us to add virtual RAM by using some of the phone’s internal storage. Make sure, your Samsung A03s has been updated to the latest software version.
Here are the steps to increase Samsung A03s RAM using RAM Plus.
- First open the Settings app.
- Next scroll down and select Device and battery care.
- Then tap Memory then tap RAM Plus and activate the feature.
- Next select one of the sizes provided 2GB or 4GB.
Using Swap No Root app
The Swap no root application is one application that we can use to create virtual RAM with the swap memory method. This method will allocate part of the internal storage to be used as virtual RAM.
- Open the Play Store then type Swap No Root then select the application made by AllaKore.
- Run the app then make sure you allow all requested access.
- After that, fill in the Swap Size. For example 2048 if you want to add 2GB.
- Next tap the Crate Swap button.
- Later an option will appear, please tap Watch Ad to gain 1 energy.
- If you have finished seeing the ad, please close the ad and then tap Yes to create a ram swap.
- After that please restart your phone first. And then see the performance.
As explained above, if this application will take as much storage space as the additional RAM options you made earlier.
Remember this is only virtual RAM not physical RAM, hopefully you can distinguish between the two. If you check the physical RAM, you won’t see the difference. Because this can only be felt when running games that were lagging to be smooth.
If you want to use an SDcard as virtual RAM, you can try the root version of the Swap app but it’s paid.
