When it was first released, the Realme embedded the Android 11 operating system and now the Realme C25 has got Android 12. A lot of changes have occurred after this smartphone uses the Android 12 OS, both in terms of features and how it is used.

Pressing Power Button
One of the easiest ways to turn off a device is to press the Power button. All electronic devices must have a power button to turn the device on or off.
For Realme users, here is how to turn off your phone using the power button on Android 12 (Realme UI 3.0):
Press and hold the Volume Up button and Power button simultaneously for a few seconds.
After that, the phone screen will display the Turn Off and Restart options. If you want to shut down completely, select Turn Off and if you want to restart, select Restart.
Notes: For users still using Android 11, simply press the power button.
Schedule Power On/Off
In Realme UI there is a Schedule Power On/Off feature just like the one on the Oppo A17K phone. This feature allows us to determine what time the phone will be turned off and on automatically.
With the Schedule Power On/Off feature, we can turn off the Realme C25 phone without pressing the button. Check out how to activate it below.
- Open the Settings menu on the Realme C25.
- Then tap the System Settings option.
- Then scroll down and tap the Schedule power on/off option.
- In the next step, enable the Auto Power Off toggle and set the time at which the phone will automatically power off.
- You can also enable the Auto Power On option if you want your phone to turn on at a certain time.
Notes: If you are still using Android 11 (Realme UI 2.0) the option is in the Additional Settings menu.
Through Realme UI Recovery Mode
The last method to shut down an Android phone is Recovery mode. In this menu there are options to wipe data, update online, reboot and power off.
Please refer to the steps below to power off the Realme C25 phone via recovery mode:
- The first step, press the Power and Volume down buttons simultaneously.
- Then press and hold for a few seconds until the recovery logo appears.
- Then release the button, it will enter Realme UI Recovery.
- Next, select English and then tap Power Off or select Reboot.
